Right to withdrawal
The sale of products via Internet is regulated by articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer code). Such legislation entitles the customer to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing them the right to return the product purchased or to obtain a refund of the costs incurred.
The right to withdrawal may not be exercised should the product not be intact, that is to say:
· if the original packaging is missing;
· if integral parts of the product are missing
· if the product is damaged.
The right to withdrawal is reserved exclusively to "consumers" (individuals who purchase the goods for purposes unrelated to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), and may therefore not be exercised by legal entities or individuals acting for purposes related to their professional activities.
The shipping costs for the return of the product must be paid by the Customer.
The Customer (individual acting for purposes unrelated to his/her professional activity) may exercise the right to withdrawal without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, by e-mail at this address mail firstname.lastname@example.org;
