Orders will be despatched upon receipt of the sum due on the current account of Ophelia Italy which should be made within 7 working days of the date of acceptance of the order. Beyond such term the order will be automatically cancelled.
The credit transfer receipt should contain the following information:
* the order number;
* the date the order was placed;
* the name and surname of the person who placed the order.

Ophelia Italy reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information or to request a copy of documents proving that he/she is the holder of the credit card used. In the event of failure to provide such documentation, Ophelia Italy reserves the right to refuse the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure does information relative to the credit card come to the knowledge of Ophelia Italy, in that such information is typed directly onto the site of the bank handling the transaction (with extremely strict security systems); given the absence of data transmission there is no chance for such data to be intercepted. None of Ophelia Italy's computer archives contains or stores such data. In no case may Ophelia Italy therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards by third parties at the moment of payment of products purchased on the site.
