    dec: decrease (work 2 dc without closing them, then yarn over and close both together)

    Instructions:
    For the body of the little sheep work with gray or black Apollo yarn and 10 mm crochet hook (Important: it may help to use a stitch marker in the last st of each round and move it up as you work. The bouclé yarn, by its nature, it is not easy to work with the crochet hook because the stitches tend to merge and be difficult to recognize. Don’t panic! Use several stitch markers scattered along each round and touch the body of the sheep with the thumb and the index finger, in this way it will be easier to identify the stitches):
    rnd 1: 2 ch, work 6 dc in 2nd ch from hook
    rnd 2: 6 inc [ 12 dc]
    rnd 3: (1 inc, 1 dc) repeat 6 times [18]
    rnd 4 - 6: 18 dc
    rnd 7: (skip a stitch, 2 dc) repeat 6 times [12]

    rnd 4: (1 inc, 2 dc) repeat 6 times [24]
    rnd 5 - 8: 3 dc, 4 htr, 10 tr, 4 htr, 3 dc [24]
    rnd 9: (1 dec, 2 dc) repeat 6 times [18]

    Sew the eyes between round 5 and 6, approx. 8 stitches apart.
    Embroider the little triangle of the nose with a pink embroidery thread, embroider mouth and finish nose with a black embroidery thread. Stuffing. Sew the head to the body. {as in photo n. }

    rnd 2: 6 inc [ 12 dc]
    rnd 3: (1 inc, 1 dc) repeat 6 times [18]
    finish with 1 sl st. Cut the yarn leaving a long tail that will be used later to sew.
    Fold the circle in half, sew a stitch with the needle only through one end to create the ear. Make 2 ears and fasten them on the sides of head approx. 4 stitches apart. Fasten off.
    For the paws of the little sheep work with Gemma beige yarn and 3 mm crochet hook:
    rnd 1: make 8 dc in the magic ring
    rnd 2: 8 dc but insert the hook only in the back cable of the stitches
